This healthy and delicious smoothie is the perfect snack to refuel after a power workout.

Ingredients

50 ml Coconut milk
250 ml Cocoa
50 g Frozen strawberries
25 g Frozen blueberries
1 Frozen banana
25 g Cocoa powder
20 g Spinach
50 g Lactose-Free Pea or Hemp protein powder

Instructions

  • In a blender, whizz together the chocolate milk, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, spinach and protein powder until smooth.​
  • Divide between 2 tall glass
Enjoy!

Arla LactoFREE Semi-Skimmed Milk works well too if you don’t have coconut milk. If you don’t have protein powder, 30g of cashews can be used instead.
