Arla Cultura® FAQs

What is Arla Cultura®?

Arla Cultura® is a range of gut health drinks and yogurts with a blend of different bacteria cultures, calcium, fibre and vitamins.

What does Arla Cultura® mean?

Arla Cultura® is the brand name for our new range of gut friendly dairy products. 'Cultura' comes from 'bacteria cultures' that are always alive and present in our products.

Is Arla Cultura® good for my gut?

Yes our Arla Cultura® range is good for your gut. Each product contains calcium which contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.

Is Arla Cultura® a kefir?

No Arla Cultura® is not a kefir, it is a cultured milk.

How is Arla Cultura® different to a kefir?

Arla Cultura® is produced with bacteria cultures that are different from a kefir culture, and is therefore not kefir, but a cultured milk. Arla Cultura® furthermore contains fibre, which most kefirs don't.

Why do my Arla Cultura® products taste fizzy?

We are glad you have asked this question, firstly there is nothing wrong with the product. The slight fizz that you are experiencing is meant to be there. This is naturally created through the blend of cultures we have included within our recipes and the slow fermentation process that produces CO2 and means the cultures are alive, making a slight fizz or sparkle as we like to call it.
