  • For one portion use the Skyr pot or distribute the yoghurt into 2 glasses.
  • Place your biscuits into your Skyr pot or divide between the 2 glasses, and place into the fridge. Leave for 5 hours or preferably overnight.
  • Garnish the glasses with a little crushed biscuit, if desired, and serve.
