Let’s be honest, it’s hard to be fussed about fibre, even though you’re probably not getting enough of it[1]. Introducing Arla Fibre. A delicious new range of yogurts that not only taste great but are a great source of fibre too. Now you can enjoy a tasty yogurt with added fibre, but without the taste or texture of fibre, meaning it goes completely unnoticed – nothing bland, brown or boring in sight! It’s fibre for people who can’t be fussed with fibre.

Available in four tempting flavours, Arla Fibre is a silky-smooth yogurt that’s packed with delicious fruity pieces. So, whether you choose to start your morning with juicy Blueberry or sweet Raspberry, and then tuck into a tangy Pineapple & Passionfruit or scrumptious Strawberry in the afternoon, Arla Fibre is perfect to enjoy any time of day.

Containing 4.7g of fibre in every serving[2], the new range is not only high in the good stuff, helping to support a balanced digestion[3], but is low in fat, naturally high in protein and contains 27% of your recommended daily calcium intake[4], making it the perfect balance of flavour and goodness. All you need to do is switch your regular yogurt to Arla Fibre.

James Quayle, Brand Manager, Arla Foods, said: On average, the UK population only eats about 18g of fibre a day, so when the UK Government released their 2015 guidelines advising that adults should eat 30g of a fibre, we realised just how much we are lacking from our diets. It’s no surprise that we’re struggling to get enough fibre, when traditional fibre rich foods can be bland and uninspiring, so here at Arla Foods, we set out to change all that and created a tasty yogurt which equates to 16% of the 30g recommended by the UK Government.”

Arla Fibre can be enjoyed in both small (150g, available in Pineapple & Passionfruit and Raspberry) and large (450g, available in Strawberry and Blueberry) pots. Find the large pots in the yogurt aisle in Tesco from 29th January and both small and large pots from March in other major supermarkets.
