Sunrise Smoothie

Start your day right with this delicious smoothie that tastes as good as it looks! The perfect blend of fruits, yoghurt, and Arla B.O.B Milk for sunshine in a cup.

Ingredients

For the raspberry half blend;

100 g Frozen raspberries
3 tbsp (Heaped) fat free greek yogurt
50 ml Arla® B.o.b milk

For the tropical half blend;

50 g Frozen mangos
50 g Pineapples
3 tbsp (Heaped) fat free greek yogurt
50 ml Arla® B.o.b milk

Instructions

Step 1

  • Place frozen raspberries, Greek yoghurt and milk in blender and blend until smooth; set aside.

Step 2

  • Place frozen mango, pineapple, Greek yoghurt and milk in blender and blend until smooth; set aside.

Step 3

  • Pour raspberry mixture into a serving glass and immediately top with the tropical blend – then all you need to do is drink and enjoy!

Top Tip

If you don’t have any raspberries, swap them out for strawberries or blueberries. And, if you fancy changing up the tropical blend, experiment with other fruits such as bananas, peaches, oranges and apricots!
