4 tbsp Strong coffee or 1 espresso shot
8 Biscoff biscuits
1 tbsp Cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Either use your tub of Skyr or divide the yogurt and coffee into 2 bowls. Stir well together.
  • Push biscuits into Skyr tub or divide into each bowl of coffee-yoghurt and chill in the fridge for at least 5 hours or preferably overnight.
  • Dust the dishes with cocoa through a small sieve right before serving.
