Chocolate Pudding

Making your own chocolate pudding is not difficult and is totally worth it! Chocolate pudding is perhaps one of the most delicious desserts in the world, especially with lightly whipped cream.


Step 1
  • Leave the gelatine sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
Step 2
  • Pour the milk into a saucepan and whisk the corn starch, raw sugar, cocoa and vanilla sugar. Heat and simmer while whipping until it thickens a little.
Step 3
  • Stir in the gelatine sheets. Break the chocolate into pieces and stir until it has melted. Pour into individual dishes. Leave to stand for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 4
  • Beat the cream lightly and serve it."
