Open Farm Sunday 2018 Prize Draw - Full Terms and Conditions:
1. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is open to all people, aged 18 or over, participating in Open Farm Sunday, across the various farms excluding employees and their immediate families of Arla Foods UK (the “Promoter”), any company affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw. Internet access and a valid and current Facebook, Twitter and Instagram account are required.
3. Participants can enter the prize draw by taking a selfie at the Open Farm Sunday Selfie Stand and uploading the picture on social media; Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Entrants must include the hashtag - #OpenFarmSunday18 when entering the prize draw.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. The prize draw begins at 9am on Sunday 13th May and ends at 16:00 on Sunday 1st July 2018. Two winners will then be drawn at random from all eligible entries to receive a prize by 15th July 2018. All entries must be submitted between 9am on Sunday 13th May and 16:00 and Sunday 1st July 2018. Any entries received before the opening date or after the closing date will not be accepted.
6. Maximum one entry per person per prize draw. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
7. Prize winner will be notified via a tweet from @ArlaDairyUK on Twitter, a direct message from @ArlaDairyUK on Instagram or a direct message from Arla (GB) on Facebook by 15th July 2018. The winner will then have to send a private message to @ArlaDairyUK/ Arla (GB) confirming their email and address details.
8. We will be giving away an iPad (Apple 9.7’’, 32GB). This iPad will be sent via postal service, once contact has been made with the two winners.
9. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion.
10. Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners; however, if the prizes are not claimed within 7 days, a re-draw will take place.
11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
12. Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible, nor for any associated costs.
13. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or any third parties enjoyment of the prizes.
14. Submitted contributions are given to Arla Foods UK, not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter are not the organisers of the prize draw and are therefore not responsible for any kind of claim in connection with the prize draw.
15. Prizes are awarded at the promoter's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
16. By entering the promotion, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including the publication of their full name and county if they are a winner.
