Yummy Yogurt Dessert

Make a healthy dessert from tasty yoghurt and Big Milk! Packed with fruit and delicious goodness, this recipe is easy to cook with the kids and perfect for breakfast, a snack or pudding.

Ingredients

320 g Frozen fruits of choice
1 tbsp Caster sugar
450 g Yogurt with vanilla
3 tbsp Honey
50 g Raisins
30 g Pumpkin seeds
150 g Granola
2 tbsp Coconut flakes

Strawberries (Cut in half)

Instructions

Step 1

  • Fill a muffin tray with cupcake cases.

Step 2

  • Pop your chosen fruit in a small pan with the sugar over medium heat for 5-10 mins, until the fruit has softened. Once softened, blitz with a hand blender or crush with a fork until it resembles jam, then set aside to cool.

Step 3

  • Mix your yogurt, Big Milk, honey, raisins and pumpkin seeds together in a bowl, then gently fold in the blended fruit.

Step 4

  • Divide the granola between your cupcake cases, then pour your yogurt mixture on top.

Step 5

  • Now let's decorate! Top each with a sprinkle of coconut and blueberries and poke in half a strawberry. Pop in the freezer for 2 hours and enjoy as the perfect breakfast or a healthy dessert!
