Yogurt Mousse

This recipe for yogurt mousse is quick and easy to make. Fresh strawberries and yogurt make it the perfect dessert for a hot day.

Ingredients

100 g Sugar
175 g Fresh strawberries
150 ml Arla® Skyr Natural yogurt
2 Egg whites
10 ml Whipped cream

Instructions

Step 1

  • Blend the berries with a hand mixer or blender. Add sugar and yogurt and mix together. Put the mixture in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Occasionally stirring.

Step 2

  • Beat the egg whites stiff and fold them into the fruit pulp. Put the mixture back in the freezer for 1-2 hours before serving. Occasionally stirring.

Step 3

  • The yogurt mousse must be soft when serving. Decorate with whipped cream.
