Yogurt Cake

Try this yogurt cake with apricot. It is full of flavour, with a fresh taste of apricot. Enjoy as a dessert or with a coffee!

Ingredients

Yogurt Cake Apricot

1 Can Of apricot (About 410 g)
25 g Melted butter
1 tsp Sugar

Dough

3 Eggs
125 g Sugar
100 g Melted, Cooled butter
100 g Wheat flour
1 tsp Baking powder

Yogurt Sauce

175 ml Creme fraiche
220 ml Pouring yoghurt
2½ tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla sugar

Instructions

Step 1

  • Sieve the canned apricots.

Step 2

  • Brush a spring-based tin (24 cm in diameter) with the melted butter. Sprinkle the bottom with sugar and then place the apricots with the curved side down.

Step 3

  • Beat eggs and sugar. Adding the butter in a little at a time. Add yogurt. Mix in flour and baking soda and fold the mixture gently.

Step 4

  • Pour the mixture over the apricots and place the cake in the middle of the oven, bake for 50 minutes at 175 °.

Step 5

  • Mix the ingredients and taste. Serve the yogurt sauce.
