Instructions

Step 1
  • Beat the eggs with cream, salt and pepper.
Step 2
  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the egg mixture. Heat the eggs on a moderate heat for approximately 3 minutes, stirring all the time - until the eggs are fluffy and the moisture has evaporated.
Step 3
  • Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
