Experience a burst of flavour that kickstarts breakfast time with our granola recipe. Read on for some inspiration on the fruits and grains to add here.


Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 170⁰C (150⁰C fan), Gas Mark 3.
Step 2
  • Stir the maple syrup, apple juice and oil together in a bowl with a pinch of salt then and then toss with the oats, walnuts and seeds.
Step 3
  • Spread the mixture out on a large baking tray and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure it all toasts evenly.
Step 4
  • Leave the granola to cool completely and then stir in the raisins.
Step 5
  • Serve with Lactofree® Dairy Drink (Semi-Skimmed).
