Salad Dressing with Kefir

Enjoy this low-fat salad dressing with a delicious tang.

Ingredients

250 ml Arla Organic Kefir
50 g Fresh parsley
25 g Tarragon leaves
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Ground black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mix kefir, parsley, tarragon and the other ingredients in a blender and blend at the highest speed for around 45 seconds.

Step 2

  • Place salad dressing covered in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving.
