A smoothie full of protein with the fresh flavours of raspberries. Goes extra well with cottage cheese. Just blend and serve as a quick breakfast or a snack on the go.

Ingredients

500 ml Semi-skimmed milk
250 g Cottage cheese
50 g Oatmeal
300 g Raspberries
1 pinch Vanilla powder
2 tbsp Liquid honey

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients into a smooth smoothie. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
