Ingredients

500 ml Pear Ice cream
8 Meringue
100 ml Semi-skimmed milk
80 g Caster sugar
80 g Cocoa

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat milk, sugar and cocoa while stirring, then allow to cool.

Step 2

  • Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the ice cream and crumble over the meringues.
