Fruity Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a perfect start to the day or for a hearty snack. Banana, raisins and cinnamon give the oatmeal a wonderful sweet taste!

Ingredients

1 Banana
400 ml Semi-skimmed milk
100 g Oatmeal
2 pinches Salt
2 pinches Ground cinnamon
2 tbsp Raisins

Instructions

Step 1

  • Peel and slice the banana thinly. Mix milk, oatmeal, salt and cinnamon in a saucepan. Boil and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat while stirring.

Step 2

  • Add in raisins and most of the banana when there is only about 1 minute of cooking time remaining. Serve with the remaining banana slices.
