Milk Chocolate Dip

Delicious chocolate dip perfect for pairing with fruit and sponge cake.

Ingredients

150 g Milk chocolate
200 g Arla® Skyr Natural yogurt
4 Sponge cakes
2 tbsp Butter
1 Pear
200 g Strawberries

Instructions

Step 1

  • Chop the chocolate and put in a bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a water bath.

Step 2

  • Add the yogurt and stir to a smooth creamy mixture. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3

  • Cut the sponge cake into "fingers" and fry them in butter until golden brown.

Step 4

  • Cut the pear and remove the core. Chop the strawberries in half. Serve with the chocolate dip.
