Ingredients

100 ml Whipped cream
60 g Sweet dark chocolate
500 ml Semi-skimmed milk
Ground ground cardamom

Instructions

Step 1

  • Whip the cream. Chop the chocolate and divide it into two cups.

Step 2

  • Boil the milk and pour it over the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts.

Step 3

  • Dollop in cream and top with ground cardamom or nutmeg.
