Kefir Overnight Oats With Pear

A deliciously different take on classic overnight oats, kefir museli is a tasty way to start your day. It’s easy to throw together the night before, so breakfast is ready to go in the morning. Top with your favourite mix of fruits and berries and finish with a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.

Ingredients

200 g Porridge oats
500 ml Kefir
2 Pear (Grated)
1 tbsp Honey

Toppings

80 g Blueberries
80 g Raspberries

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mix together the porridge oats, grated pear, kefir, milk and the honey.

Step 2

  • Leave to soak and chill in the fridge for at least an hour, but best kept overnight.

Step 3

  • When you're ready to serve, check the consistency and add a little more kefir if you what to loosen the mixture slightly and then top with the raspberries, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
