Sometimes we all need a sweet treat, particularly our little ones! Why not try scrumptious yogurt and fruit encased in an Arla Big Milk enriched pancake – all the sneaky goodness in one tutti-frutti taco


Step 1
  • Sift flour and salt into a large mixing bowl and then create a well in the centre
Step 2
  • Crack the eggs into the well and begin whisking with a fork, slowly pouring in the Big Milk and incorporating the dry and wet mixtures until a smooth batter forms. Add the oil and stir
Step 3
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add a knob of butter. Add 3/4 of a ladle of batter to the pan and tip from side to side so that the base of the pan is evenly covered.
Step 4
  • Cook for 30 seconds, flip and then cook for a further 15 seconds. Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Keep repeating until all the batter is used up, or cover the batter and chill in the fridge for a later date.
Step 5
  • Mix your yogurt and honey and spoon into the centre of each pancake. Scatter the fruit over the yogurt, roll the pancake, drizzle with a little more honey and sprinkle with oats for the perfect healthy treat!
