Creamy garlic mushrooms

A classic garlic mushrooms recipe that’s simply delicious. Perfect as a side or fantastic as a sauce for pasta. Ingredients

400 g Fresh button mushrooms
2 Garlic cloves
Butter
100 ml Dry vermouth
1 tsp Salt
2 pinches White pepper
400 ml Creme fraiche
10 g Chopped Fresh fresh parsley

Instructions

Step 1

  • Cut the mushrooms in to halves. Peel and chop the garlic. Fry the mushrooms and onions in butter in a saucepan.

Step 2

  • Pour in the vermouth. Season with salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to boil without a lid for about 5 minutes.

Step 3

  • Stir in crème fraîche and parsley and cook another 5 minutes.
