Ingredients

100 g Butter (At Room Temperature)
2 Chopped garlic cloves
4 tbsp Chopped Fresh fresh parsley
1 tsp Flake salt

Instructions

Step 1

  • Beat the butter and mix with the other ingredients.

Step 2

  • Shape into a roll in waxed/greaseproof paper and allow to solidify in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
