Fruits with Chocolate Sauce

Dark chocolate sauce, sprinkled with salt - great with fruit and ice cream.

Ingredients

100 g Dark chocolate
100 g Light chocolate
250 ml Whipped cream
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
tsp Flake salt
250 g Strawberries
2 Kiwi fruits
1 Cape gooseberry
500 ml Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Step 1

  • Chop the chocolate. Boil cream in a saucepan.

Step 2

  • Add chocolate and butter to the cream and let it melt while stirring. Sprinkle in the salt.

Step 3

  • Rinse and divide the strawberries. Cut the kiwi and cut into pieces. Dip the fruit in the chocolate sauce and serve with ice cream.
