Elderflower Panna Cotta

Panna cotta tastes like summer. This popular Italian cream pudding has been flavoured with elderflower, vanilla and sour cream. Serve with fresh berries and crushed almond.

Ingredients

6 servings
2 Gelatine Sheets
150 ml Whipped cream
50 ml Elderflower juice From Concentrate
2 tbsp Caster sugar
1 pinch Vanilla powder
200 ml Sour cream

Instructions

Step 1

  • Leave the gelatine sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.

Step 2

  • Boil cream, juice, sugar and vanilla powder in a saucepan.

Step 3

  • Stir the gelatin into the cream. Stir in sour cream and allow to cool slightly.

Step 4

  • Divide into small glasses and leave to cool in the fridge for about 3 hours.
