Date Milk with Vanilla and Raspberry

Date milk smoothie with the added sweetness of raspberry. If you want to boost it the flavour further, you can add one teaspoon of maca powder per glass.

Ingredients

250 g Raspberries
300 ml Semi-skimmed milk
2 Pitted dates
tsp Vanilla powder
50 ml Crushed ice

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients and pour into glass. Garnish with raspberries.
