Chicken thigh fillets
450 g
Mushrooms
250 g
Spring onions
100 g
Butter
2 tbsp
Creme fraiche with herbs

Instructions

  • Cook rice according to the package instructions.
  • Cut chicken into smaller pieces. Halve the mushrooms. Then shred the top of the spring onion and roughly chop the rest.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan over high heat. Fry the chicken pieces for 3–4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Add mushrooms and the coarsely chopped spring onions. Fry for another 2–3 minutes. Stir in the crème fraiche and simmer for 2–3 minutes. 
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the shredded spring onions on top and serve with rice.
