Coconut Fish

Easy to cook coconut fish with influences from Asian cuisine - delicious and really easy to cook!

Ingredients

Main Fillet

500 g Fish fillets
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Butter

Sauce

250 ml Coconut milk
1 tbsp Chicken stock

Additions

1 tsp Grated fresh ginger
Juice
tsp Sambal oelek

Instructions

Step 1

  • Divide the fish into portions. Salt and coat the fish with breadcrumbs.

Step 2

  • Brown the fish on both sides in butter in a frying pan.

Step 3

  • Mix together the ingredients for the sauce. Pour it into the frying pan around the fish. Let the fish simmer in the sauce for 3–4 minutes.
