Classic Yorkshire Puddings

Make this family favourite for your Sunday Roast - or any meal honestly! Our recipe includes fat free Arla B.O.B Milk, giving you deliciously fluffy Yorkshire Puddings that will rise to perfection without you having to compromise on taste.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Heat oven to 220C / fan 200C
Step 2
  • Add a drop of sunflower oil to the Yorkshire pudding muffin sized tin. If you like big puddings only grease 8 holes, and if you prefer medium size, grease 12.
Step 3
  • Put tin in oven to heat up.
Step 4
  • Add 150g plain flour to a bowl and beat in 4 eggs.
Step 5
  • Now slowly add 210 ml of Arla B.O.B Milk and make sure you beat continuously to ensure the mixture is lump free. You can now add a dash of salt and pepper.
Step 6
  • Remove the hot tins from the oven (they should be no longer than 10 minutes in there) and pour in your batter evenly depending on your desired size.
Step 7
  • Pop in the oven and do not touch for 20-23 Minutes. Do not open the oven. They should be puffed up and golden brown on top
Step 8
  • Serve and enjoy.
