For fruit scones: Replace half of the flour with graham flour. Add 1 cup of raisins or chopped raisins. For Apple scones: Add 1 cup of chopped apple and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in the flour For Chocolate scones: Add 30 g of chopped dark chocolate and 50g of chopped almonds in the flour.
