Chocolate Tart with Raspberries

An easy dessert tart that is quick to make and contains few ingredients - and tastes super good!

Ingredients

Base

Crushed Digestive biscuits
200 g
Butter (melted)
100 g

Filling

Milk chocolate (about 30% cocoa)
150 g
Greek yogurt
250 g

Garnish

Rinsed raspberries
100 g
Handful of icing sugar
1

Instructions

Step 1

  • Stir the melted butter and crushed biscuits together well.

Step 2

  • Put the mixture in a pie dish with a loose bottom (approximately 10 x 35 cm) and press it well into the dish and up the edges.

Step 3

  • Cover the base and put in a cool place for at least 1 hour.

Step 4

  • Melt the chocolate over a water bath and mix it with the yogurt. Fill the pie base with the mixture - use a piping bag.

Step 5

  • Decorate with raspberries and sifted icing sugar.
