Ingredients: 3 tbsp butter; 3 tbsp wheat flour; 3 tbsp caster sugar; 2 tbsp cocoa; 1 tsp vanilla sugar; 3 tbsp semi-skimmed milk; 150 ml whipped cream; 100 g frozen raspberries

Make a yummy chocolate mug cake in the microwave - delicious! Top with whipped cream and fresh or frozen berries.

Ingredients

Butter	3 tbsp
Wheat flour	3 tbsp
Caster sugar	3 tbsp
Cocoa	2 tbsp
Vanilla sugar	1 tsp
Semi-skimmed milk	3 tbsp

Additional

Whipped cream	150 ml
Frozen raspberries	100 g

Instructions

Step 1

Place the butter in a porcelain mug that holds about 300ml. Melt it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Step 2

Mix other ingredients and stir into a smooth batter. Divide half of the mixture into an equal mug.

Step 3

Cook in the microwave oven for 1-1 ½ min; they should be a little sticky.

Step 4

Whip the cream and serve garnished with raspberries.
