Cheesy Quesadilla Platter

Introduce your kids to a tasty and wholesome treat with this Cheesy Quesadilla Platter recipe. Filled with baby spinach and shredded cheddar cheese, these quesadillas offer a burst of flavours. The combination of spinach, cheese, and warm tortillas creates a satisfying meal that will please even the pickiest eaters.

Ingredients

400 g Baby spinach
100 g Shredded cheddar
1/ 8 tsp Salt
1/ 8 tsp Cumin
4 Flour tortillas
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Instructions

Step 1

  • Chop the spinach into small pieces

Step 2

  • To assemble quesadillas, distribute cheese over one half of each tortilla. Top with chopped spinach, sprinkle with salt and cumin (if using) then fold the tortilla in half.

Step 3

  • Place two quesadillas in a large buttered pan over medium heat. Cook quesadillas for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cheese has melted. Repeat process to cook remaining quesadillas.

Step 4

  • Cut in into strips or triangles with kitchen scissors and serve warm.
