Gratin is like a great grandmother - a great way to get the kids to love cauliflower.

150 g Cooked smoked ham | |
90 g Wheat flour | |
300 ml Milk | |
10 g Butter | |
4 Egg yolks | |
1 pinch Coarse salt | |
1 pinch Freshly pepper | |

1½ tbsp Breadcrumbs |

Top Tip
Make a broccoli gratin - use lightly steamed broccoli instead of cauliflower - however, broccoli neeeds only 1½-2 minsutes cooking at the start.
