Caramel Sauce

A wonderful caramel sauce with a bit of crispy salted and soft liquorice. Drizzle the sauce over ice cream or serve with waffles, pancakes or fruit salad.

Instructions

  • Boil cream, butter and muscovado sugar in a saucepan and stir for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle in the salt. Let cool.
