Christmas Chia Alamande

Ingredients: 2 tbsp sugar; ¼ tsp vanilla powder; ¼ tsp ground cloves; 1 tsp ground cardamom; 1 tsp ground cinnamon; 5 tbsp chia seeds; 200 ml semi-skimmed milk; 200 ml yogurt, plain; 75 g almonds (Coarsely chopped, with shell); 150 ml cream; 250 g Frozen blueberries; 100 g sugar; oranges (Cut into small pieces); Fresh passion fruits; pomegranate seeds; Toasted almonds; Fresh blueberries

Instructions

Step 1

Add the sugar, vanilla powder, clove, cardamom, cinnamon and chia seeds to a bowl. Add the LactoFREE semi-skimmed milk and LactoFREE natural yogurt. Stir everything well and place the chia alamande covered in the fridge overnight.

Step 2

For the Blueberry Compote, put the frozen berries in a pan with the sugar and cook for about 6 min. Leave to cool.

Step 3

Stir the chopped almonds into the chia mixture. Whisk the cream to whip and fold it in.

Step 4

Spread the orange pieces and compote at the bottom of a small serving glass. Spoon the chia mixture into the same glass and top with fresh passion fruit, pomegranate seeds, toasted almonds and fresh blueberries.
