Ingredients: 80 g caster sugar; 80 g cocoa; pinches salt; 100 ml semi-skimmed milk

Incredibly fast and simple chocolate sauce that is good when it's hot!

Ingredients

Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in a saucepan. Add the milk or water and stir to mix everything. Boil whilst stirring.

Cook the sauce on low heat for about 5 minutes or until it is glossy and smooth.
