Ingredients

Caster sugar
80 g
Cocoa
80 g
Salt
pinches
Semi-skimmed milk
100 ml

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in a saucepan. Add the milk or water and stir to mix everything. Boil whilst stirring.

Step 2

  • Cook the sauce on low heat for about 5 minutes or until it is glossy and smooth.
