Emma Erlandsson, the finalist of Chef 2015, has created a refreshing and fluffy blackcurrant smoothie rich in vitaminutes c. It is the perfect energy kick for before or after exercise.

Ingredients

1 serving
450 ml Semi-skimmed milk
450 g Vanilla yoghurt
150 g Blackcurrants
1 tsp Pressed lime juice

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve in glass.
