Banana Smoothie with Cashew Nuts

A smoothie with banana, cocoa and cashew nuts - a great source of energy for breakfast or a snack, or after exercise.

Ingredients

2 Ripe bananas
300 ml Semi-skimmed milk
100 g Cashews
2 tsp Cocoa powder
2 Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into glass.
