Ingredients

400 ml Arla® Skyr Natural yogurt
1 Peeled Finely Chopped apple
2 tbsp Chopped Mustard Pickles
½ tsp Coarse salt
1 pinch Black pepper
1 tsp Grated white onions

Instructions

Step 1

  • In a bowl, put the Arla® Skyr Natural Yoghurt, the chopped apple, the pickles and the grated onion and combine. Then season with salt and pepper and taste. Add more seasoning if needed. Cover and leave the sauce covered in the fridge for approximately ½ hour.

Step 2

  • Stir just before serving. Serve the apple sauce with potatoes, meatballs, fish or use it as a dressing for a bowl of salad.
