Homemade Granola

Homemade Granola

Start the day in style with a crunchy bowl of homemade granola.

Ingredients

Walnuts
150 g
Pecans
150 g
Almonds
150 g
Seed mix: Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
75 g
Sultanas
75 g
Rolled oats
500 g
Salt
½ tsp
Light brown sugar
100 g
Vanilla essence
1 tsp
Honey
3 tbsp
Maple syrup
2 tbsp
Coconut oil (Melted)
1 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Preheat oven to 150°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2

  • Roughly chop the nuts.

Step 3

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 4

  • Pour in the honey, syrup and vanilla extract. Mix together.

Step 5

  • Spread the mixture out on the tray, and drizzle over the coconut oil.

Step 6

  • Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Step 7

  • Once cooked, let cool, and keep in an airtight container until ready to enjoy with Cravendale milk and your favourite fruit.
