Vanilla Panna Cotta

Lovely fresh panna cotta made with vanilla, a dessert that is always appreciated. Decorate with fresh berries!

Ingredients

1 Vanilla pod
2 Leaf gelatine
300 ml Organic whipped cream
80 g Caster sugar
300 ml Sour cream

Instructions

Step 1

  • Soak the gelatin leaves 5 minutes. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds.

Step 2

  • Boil cream, vanilla pods and sugar. Stir in the gelatin and then the sour cream.

Step 3

  • Pour into a glass and allow to cool in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
