Spirulina Power Smoothie

Perfect for breakfast or post-workout, this green smoothie is power packed with goodness.

Ingredients

400 ml Yoghurt
200 g Chopped Frozen pineapples
50 g Blueberries
1 Apple (Peeled, cored and chopped)
100 g Cucumbers (Chopped)
50 g Spinach
2 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Spirulina powder
2 tbsp Clear honey

Instructions

Step 1

  • In a blender, whizz together the yoghurt, pineapple, apple, cucumber, spinach, chia seeds, spirulina and honey until smooth.

Step 2

  • Divide between 2 tall glasses.
