Power Porridge with Raspberry, Mango and Cottage Cheese

Try this tasty and satisfying porridge with extra energy from the added nuts and extra protein from cottage cheese. Top with your favourite seasonal fruit.

Ingredients

75 g Oatmeal
300 ml Water
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Ground cardamom
1½ tbsp Flaxseed
150 g Frozen raspberries

Topping

150 g Frozen mangos
100 g Cottage cheese
3 tbsp Pistachios

Served With

Semi-skimmed milk

Instructions

Step 1

  • Boil the oatmeal, water, salt, cardamom and linseed to a porridge, for about 3 minutes.

Step 2

  • Stir in the raspberries.

Step 3

  • Top with semi-thawed mango, cottage cheese and nuts.

Step 4

  • Serve with milk.
