Instructions

Step 1
  • Divide the Arla Skyr between two serving bowls.
Step 2
  • Sprinkle the Arla Skyr with raspberries and pistachios.
Step 3
  • Finely chop the mint leaves and sprinkle them on top.
Enjoy!
Tip

Lightly toast the chopped pistachios in the oven for 15 min at 150°C for a deeper nutty flavour.
