Naan Bread with Cabbage Salad

Cabbage is a real vitamin booster - and it tastes great!

Ingredients

250 g Cheese
250 ml Creme fraiche
3 Red apples (About 450g)
400 g Coarse Cut cabbages
2 Red onions Cut Into Thin Slices (About 150g)
30 g Chopped Fresh mint Leaves
2 tsp Black white onions Seeds
tsp Coarse salt
Freshly pepper
400 g Naan Stale Bread Or Pita Bread

Instructions

Step 1

  • Cut the cheese into cubes approximately 1 x 1 cm in size. Put the creme fraiche into a large bowl. Cut the apples into smaller cubes and gradually mix them into the yogurt.

Step 2

  • Add in the cabbage, onion, cheese and other ingredients and mix well.

Step 3

  • Prepare the bread and serve with the cabbage salad.
