Mushroom Salad

Mushroom Salad

A simple but delicate mushroom salad, served with a delicious sauce made with cream, mustard and garlic. Serve with bread.

Ingredients

400 g Fresh button mushrooms
250 ml Cooking cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Pressed garlic clove
½ tsp Salt
1 pinch White pepper
20 g Finely Chopped fresh parsley
750 g Salad mix

Instructions

Step 1

  • Slice mushrooms thinly, preferably using an egg slicer.

Step 2

  • Mix cream, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley.

Step 3

  • Mix the mushrooms with the sauce. Rinse and tear the salad into pieces. Place the salad on a plate and top with the mushrooms.
