Mini Chocolate Cupcakes

Children's favourite! Chocolate muffins in mini form topped with sprinkles or your favourite candy. Let the children help!

Ingredients

Chocolate Cupcake

1 Egg
80 g Caster sugar
50 ml Semi-skimmed milk
50 ml Butter
90 g Wheat flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
1 tbsp Cocoa

Topping

150 ml Vanilla quark

Instructions

Step 1

  • Heat the oven to 200 °.

Step 2

  • Mix the eggs and sugar together until light and creamy. Add the milk and butter. Then mix the dry ingredients together and stir gently into the egg mixture.

Step 3

  • Distribute the mixture into small muffin cases. Place them on an oven-proof tray and bake in the middle of the oven for about 8 minutes. Let cool.

Step 4

  • Put quark in a piping bag and pipe onto the muffins. Garnish with sprinkles or sweets.
