Meatloaf

A juicy meatloaf is great alternative to meatballs or a beef steak. Try lamb or moose for more character and serve with pickles and jam.

Instructions

Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 200 °.
Step 2
  • Let breadcrumbs and milk soak together for 5 minutes in a bowl.
Step 3
  • Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Fry the onion softly in butter in a frying pan.
Step 4
  • Mix eggs, tomato paste, spices, fried onions and mince in the bowl with the breadcrumbs, stir to a smooth mince. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a greased ovenproof dish or tin.
Step 5
  • Bake in the middle of the oven about 35 minutes"
