Ingredients

2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp dragon fruit powder
½ cup Frozen bananas
½ Cup frozen mango
Desiccated coconuts (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix chia seeds, Arla LactoFREE milk and honey. Mix well until combined and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (or overnight for best results).​
  • In a blender, combine dragonfruit powder, frozen banana, frozen mango, and additional milk. Add more milk to step 2 to turn this delicious pudding into a tasty and refreshing drink. Blend until smooth.​
  • Spoon the chia pudding into a glass first, then pour in the dragonfruit blend to create a layered effect.​
  • Stir slightly for a beautiful swirl, and enjoy!​
